Where in the World is Tania Sandiego?

From the ice and snow and cold here in the upper midwest, obviously I'm not in San Diego!

So I  come to DA and other places on the net to get away from drama and headaches and all that stuff that come with daily living in the Real World.  I know there's way too much of that around DA nowadays, but for whatever reason, that's mostly passed me by. I've had a few things reported which I ignored, and one hateful, anonymous message which I reported and deleted, but otherwise...well, frankly, if DA wants to ban me or whatever, they can go for it. I went 45 days without posting or writing anything here and it wasn't really noticed, so I'm not too troubled about losing DA. Meh.

That being said, what I've mostly been doing is trying to get back into my writing. I used to write all of the time. I have written poetry, stories, plenty of erotic fiction, and so on here and there around the net. Some of the old timers here know some of my old stories. I love fantasy stories; the old sword and sorcery D&D mystic magic-y stuff. I did a series of fantasy stories years ago over at Naked Blades, and I have decided I want to get back into that. So that's what I'm doing now. Anyone familiar with the Wheel of Time books? I love those, along with half a dozen other fantasy novels. It may be because our D&D group locally was so bad that we quit and we are too far from our old friends to play with them, so I am doing some writing to fill that void. So a couple of interactive stories over at Blue Moon, a bit of writing on the side when I feel like it, and avoiding drama because life is already full of that crap.

So that's what I'm doing. I sporadically pop in here to sniff around but right now, I'm writing now. I hope everyone has a lovely winter (and a not-sweltering summer to my friends near to or south of the equator).
