The villainess Goldenfist has tired of being defeated by Ultra Woman, so he gets out a copy of Art World to see what other cities have the best museums. It seems that Queen City has a great museum...and, to his pleasant surprise, it also has White Owl who he has captured and turned into his first golden-covered, statis-trapped exhibit!

This kinda reminds me of Han Solo (from Star Wars) when he got frozen in carbonate on the death star except White Owl is carbonated in gold instead and put in a museum, that is a total mix up right there. (I'm not saying that it's bad, I'm just connecting this to an event that had already happened from Star Wars.)
