In her secret identity, Ultra Woman is Tania Mazona, antiquarian. When a strange ruby skull is found, she is called in to consult on it with other world-renowned experts. Many theories are expressed, but to the Amazon's senses, there is something magical to the skull.
Unknown to her, there is one other person that can sense the innate power of the Ruby Skull: Lady Umbra. A centuries-old sorceress of the dark arts, Lady Umbra wants to increase her powers and the skull could be very useful!
Using an illusion, she replaces one of the experts with herself. Once inside, Lady Umbra disappears with the Skull. Only one person can track her down and it is not Tania Mazona...only one person can defeat Lady Umbra.
